Carpenter Ants
A site assessment is required. The estimated bid will be dependant on; number of nests, difficulty in locating nest(s), whether or not a ladder is needed, and whether or not pin drilling is necessary to get to the nest(s). This service comes with a 90-day guarantee.

Carpenter Bees
This service requires a site assessment. Only areas accessible by an extension ladder can be treated. Price is based on the number of holes to be treated. However, factors that affect accessibility such as height or ground clearance will affect price. Each hole will be treated with a dust residual. The holes must be filled by homeowner 24 hours after treatment (no later than three days) in order to prevent re-infestation. This service cannot be guaranteed.

Honey Bees
This service requires a site assessment. Only areas accessible by an extension ladder can be treated. Price is based on the size of the colony. Treatments will take place in the evening when the bees are docile. If nests are located inside of a structure the bees access must be blocked and sealed in order to avoid re-infestation. This service guaranteed for 90 days.

Brown Recluse and Black Widow Spiders
This program usually requires an actisol treatment. The initial treatment is based on the size of the home and degree of infestation. Follow up visits are often required. A technician must bid at the site. A quarterly maintenance program is usually recommended. Prep work must be done prior to the appointment including:

• Empty cardboard boxes must be removed; this includes the basement, attic, garage and closets.
  
  
• Boxes with stored items need to be gone through and items either need to be removed or stored in plastic containers. Gloves must be worn during this procedure to avoid getting bit by a Brown Recluse spider.
  
  
• Client must leave the property premises during the treatment and for the following 2-3 hours, this includes any pets.

Flea Treatment
The price for this service is based on the size of the property and degree of infestation(s). A follow up visit is often required. Prep work must be done prior to the appointment including:

• Pets must be treated the same day & must be removed from the property during the treatment and for the following 2-3 hours.
  
  
• The entire structure must be vacuumed thoroughly, including any furniture the pet lays on the night prior to the appointment and the vacuum bag must be disposed of outside of the structure.
  
  
• On the morning of the appointment, the whole house must be vacuumed again and the vacuum bag must be disposed of outside the premises.
  
  
• Items must be picked up from all flooring, including closets!!!
  
  
• All bedding where the pet lays must be washed.

German Roaches
A German Roach infestation requires more than one treatment and a quarterly maintenance program is usually recommended. The initial treatment is based on the property size and the extent of the infestation. We use Permethrin to kill adult roaches, and a second treatment with Gencor®, an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) to prohibit any emerging nymphs to mature.
